Using Nap Time Sounds

Nap Time Sounds is a free tool provided for your personal, non-commercial use. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The tool is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and pleasant, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Not medical advice

Nap Time Sounds is a comfort tool, not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical, health, or professional advice. Sound can help many babies settle, but it is not a treatment and is no substitute for safe sleep practices or guidance from your pediatrician. If you have any concern about your baby's hearing, sleep, or health, please talk to a qualified professional.

Safe volume for babies

Please use sound responsibly around little ears. Keep the volume low - a soft, gentle level is plenty - and place the speaker a few feet from your baby rather than next to the crib. Quieter is always safer, and brief, intentional use is wiser than leaving sound on at high volume for long stretches. You are responsible for the volume and how the tool is used in your home.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nap Time Sounds and the Audio Tools Network are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Use it at your own discretion.
